BIO: Dr. Ballard is associate professor of management in the Division of Business at the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati where he teaches business research and management courses. His research and consulting interests include improving individual and organizational effectiveness. He has authored over 40 papers and presentations. Dr. Ballard earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University, an M.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy.
