BIO: David Ash works for ABG, an Adayana Company. David is a seasoned business practitioner and adult educator with over 28 years experience within the Ag industry. David’s prior professional experiences included being the principal of KnowledgeWORKS, a firm who specialized in performance improvement solutions, along with sales, management and workplace learning and training responsibilities at Amoco Oil Co; CIBA-GEIGY; Cargill, Inc. and Countrymark Cooperative, Inc. Earning a BS degree from Purdue University, David went on to acquire a Masters and Doctorate degree in Adult Education and Educational Leadership from Ball State University. David’s graduate research led to deeper insights into how leader behaviors impact a team’s ability to learn and apply learning to solve business-related problems. David is well known for being enthusiastic, passionate, and engaging in a straightforward, professional approach with his clients. David is married to his high school sweetheart Jody who is a third grade school teacher in Lawrence Township schools, Indianapolis, IN. They have three sons. David and Jody’s hobbies include travel, music, reading and gardening.
